Meet the Teacher!
The Basics!
My name is Mrs. Cristina Killian. I will be your child's physical education specialist for the 2015-2016 school year. My home school is at Keewahdin Elementary where I will teach Tuesday - Friday. My secondary school is Woodrow Wilson Elementary where I teach on Monday. This will be my 3rd year at both of these schools and am hoping for a better than best year!
My Training
I am a graduate of Wayne State University where I received both my Bachelors of Science in Education and Masters of Education. My bachelor degree major is kinesiology with a minor in health. My masters is in kinesiology with an Adapted Physical Education (A.P.E) focus.
Professional Development:
I am always looking to add new and exciting lesson and am very passionate about growing as a professional. Over the years I have participated by attending and presenting at mulitple workshops throughout the local area (P.E. Specialist district meetings, thumbs up workshops, state (SHAPE Michigan previously MAHPERD), and national level (SHAPE previously AAPHERD).
